Work With Me

How I can help

Whether you're an individual, a young person, a supporter, or a couple — here's what working together looks like.

Trauma & Abuse Counselling

For individuals and non-abusive supporters/family members affected by abuse and trauma.

Anxiety, shame, and hypervigilance
Trust and boundary difficulties
Flashbacks and emotional numbness
Feeling 'stuck' or unable to move forward
Rebuilding identity and self-worth
Guilt, fear, isolation

Young People (8+)

I offer counselling for young people on a case-by-case basis. Consent and confidentiality are handled carefully, with safeguarding as the priority.

If I'm worried about a young person's safety, I may need to share information with appropriate services. For parents and carers of younger children, I offer indirect support and guidance.

Support During Active Court Cases

Going through a court case is emotionally overwhelming. I provide a safe space to process the emotional impact — guilt, fear, isolation, shame, anxiety — and help you stay grounded through the process.

Important boundary: I don't discuss evidence, statements, or case strategy. Therapy focuses entirely on your emotional wellbeing and coping.

Couples Counselling

For couples who want steadier connection, better communication, and a stronger foundation — especially after difficult seasons.

Communication breakdowns
Conflict cycles that keep repeating
Trust repair
Building emotional safety
Reconnecting after hard seasons
Navigating trauma's impact on your relationship

Bluebell Support Blocks

Free, time-limited blocks of 6 sessions for people affected by abuse who are stuck on waiting lists and need support now. Offered in rounds when capacity opens.

This is not a crisis service and is not guaranteed ongoing therapy after the block ends.
