For when you've tried therapy - and it didnt feel safe.

Pathway A

Young people 13–17 (case-by-case)
What you can expect:A calm, practical space to talk
Clear boundaries and a gentle, direct approach

A therapist who can hold what you say (no horror, no tears, no making you feel worse for being honest)

Pathway B

Option 1: Couples counselling (general)
Communication and conflict
Rebuilding trust
Feeling disconnected
Stress and life changes
Option 2: Couples/parents support around abuse impacts
Support when abuse (past or present) is impacting the relationship or family system, for example:
One partner has lived experience of abuse and it’s affecting intimacy, trust, safety, or communication
A child has been harmed (or there are safeguarding concerns) and it’s impacting the couple/parent relationship
Blame, guilt, anger, depression, anxiety, shutdown, hypervigilance
Navigating disclosures and difficult conversations
Clear boundary (important)
I support the emotional impact and stabilisation.
I don’t discuss evidence, statements, or case strategy, and I don’t provide legal advice.
Any parents/carers who maybe single and looking for this support are always welcome, this can be achieved under the individual basis to save money but the same support can be given.

I offer free blocks to as many struggling young people and families as possible, these are offered in 5 week blocks where there is availability, simply enquire and i can inform you how i am doing for space.I am not just a therapist who has done the courses, studies the books etc, im a real child, a real teenager, a real adult who lived that child abuse, lived the physical, emotional, sexual abuse. Im that mum and wife who now navigates those play dates and school trips.
I wasnt lucky enough to have a family who saved me from the abuse, however I did get through it myself. Ive lived and come through the other side of it all, ive lived the arrests, the trials, the questionable looks and I also saw the horror on multiple therapists faces when id open up.
And that! Is why i opened Bluebell therapy!I know those therapists didnt mean harm, however their wet eyes, their shock, them telling me to stop talking as 'its not their area' was not what i needed. I needed support, someone to listen, tell me it wasnt my fault, give me a glimmer of light through it and thats exactly what I am here to give you!
